VISA

Members of all the countries need a valid national passport (valid for at least 6 months) along with valid travel documents, a valid visa given by Indian Missions abroad, or an E-Visa (approved by the Government of India) for entering India.

Citizens who will arrive in India without any visa on valid dates and number of entries will be expelled.

Airports for E-Tourist Visa

There are 16 airports in India through which you can enter with an E-Tourist Visa. However, the tourist’s exit from any of the commissioned Immigration Check Posts (ICPs) in India.

E-Visa for Other Nationals

Citizens of China, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Sudan, and citizens of Pakistan origin and Stateless persons with a stay requirement of 180 – 90 days and a multiple entry facility, need a break of at least 2 months between two visits to India on the visa.

In case, the person wants to visit India between this break, permission from the Head of Mission must be granted. It should state the exact reason for another visit so early. This particular case needs registration within 14 days of arrival.
