Any leg of minimum of 2 nights subject to availability will be given at the above-mentioned rates. Thus Mumbai-Goa (2 nights) and Goa-Mumbai (5 nights) sector will be sold as available segments to clients.
If however, the client undertakes the day programme at Goa & Mumbai, an extra $ 100 USD per person will be charged.
Service Tax @ of 3.09% is applicable on the gross ticket value of the Deccan Odyssey tours commencing from September 2007.
This tax is also applicable on day programme at Mumbai & Goa.
Tariff is inclusive of travel/catering/conducted sight-seeing/ entrance fee at Monuments/Parks/Palaces/Cultural Programmes/ Boat Ride. The guest has to pay for video cameras, liquor, laundry and other items of personal nature.
Note : 10% Surcharge shall be levied on departure during Christmas/New Year.
Passenger reservations/cancellation on the
Deccan Odyssey can be done as per the following terms and conditions :
BOOKING
(i) 20% of ticket value at the time of booking
(ii) 80% of ticket value 30 days before
departure of the tour
Cancellation
i) Any cancellation must be advised immediately by Fax/E-mail & subsequently confirmed by letter to the Central Reservation Division at Head Office, Mumbai.
ii) Value of Ticket to be retained by MTDC on cancellation will be as follows:
a) 5% of ticket value 60 days prior to the
departure.
b) 20% of Ticket Value 30-59 days prior to the departure.
c) 50% of ticket value 15-29 days prior to the
departure.
d) 100% of ticket value 14 or less days prior to the departure.
iii) No refund or adjustment will be made in the event of interruption of journey by a tourist on his own after the commencement of the tour. | EXCLUSIVE CHARTERS
Companies can organise a “Business-Cum-Pleasure” trip by chartering the truly luxurious The Deccan Odyssey for their conference.

ACCOMMODATION
11 fully air-conditioned Deluxe Cabin saloons, each with combination of 4 twin bedded chambers and 2 fully air-conditioned Presidential Suite saloons each with 2 suites with combination of living room & bed room. Saloons are equipped with channel music, intercom, player, attached toilets, running hot and cold water, shower, wall-to-wall carpeting and other amenities.
FOR PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED PERSONS
Special assistance is available in the form of wheel chairs, creches and a special attendant for manual assistance.
LUGGAGE COLLECTION
Your luggage is picked up and taken to your respective Saloon without your worrying about it.
ARRIVAL KIT
Each guest is provided with an arrival kit consisting of stationery items, brochures, cards, etc. It would be available in the cabin.
Anything additional can be asked for, from the attendant, always available at your service.

An attendant is always available at your service, to take care of all your travel needs.
