Deccan Odyssey - Terms & Conditions
* Tariff of the Deccan Odyssey is subject to change without any prior notice.
* Your online booking confirmation is subject to the availability of seats on the desired dates and clearance of your online payment by our Online Payment Gateway, ICICI Payseal.
* We would send you the confirmation of your booking within 24 hours. Your online payment would not be debited from your Credit Card until confirmation of your booking is received from the MTDC.
* Tariff is inclusive of travel/catering/conducted sightseeing/entrance fee at monuments/parks/palaces/cultural programmes/camel ride/boat ride/rickshaw ride and for still cameras, Guest has to pay for video cameras, liquor, laundry and other items of personal nature.
Note: 10% Surcharge shall be levied on departure during Christmas/New Year.
The reservation/cancellation of passenger on the Deccan Odyssey may be done as per the following terms and conditions:
BOOKING :
(i) 25% of ticket value at the time of booking
(ii) 75% of ticket value 30 days prior to departure
CANCELLATION :
(i) 45 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
(ii) 44 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
(iii) 14 days to 07 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
(iv) 06 days to 48 hours prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
(v) Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.
CHECK IN :
Reporting time is 4 pm at Mumbai Central Railway Station
MEALS :
The two restaurant cars, serve authentic Maharashtrian, Indian, Continental and Chinese cuisine. Menus are changed seasonally.
EXCLUSIVE CHARTERS :
Companies can organise a "Business-cum-Pleasure" trip by chartering the truly luxurious Deccan Odyssey for their conferences.
CLIMATE :
Varies from 8oC to 25oC between October to March and in April around 30oC.
CLOTHING RECOMMENDED :
Light tropical/light woollens.
OTHER FACILITIES :
Doctor on call at the next station
Adequate safety and security arrangements
Complimentary mineral water on board/ in the coach during sightseeing/ and at hotels.
Assistance for travel arrangements on completion of the tour.
Voltage available on the train 110/230 V.

Check-In - 1200 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in,
reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check - Out - 1200 Hours
Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability /
